Laura has her BSW from Baylor University and MSW from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to years in the social work field, including being a vocational counselor, Laura has worked in higher education since 2008. Her experience and education give her a unique perspective to help people who feel stuck in life.
If you’ve ever felt like you don’t know how to progress, then life coaching might be for you. If you are a mother and feel like somehow you lost yourself in the midst of parenthood, then life coaching might be for you. If you feel overwhelmed by the need to constantly adjust to new seasons of life and circumstances, then life coaching might be for you.
Unlike other coaching programs, I do not use a predetermined set of steps to help individuals I work with. Rather, you are seen as an individual with unique needs. After an initial discovery meeting, I take your goals, circumstances, and hopes to create a process and plan that fits your unique needs.
